Who is responsible

Information we use
When you create an account, we use your email address, account identifier and protected sign-in information. We store your currency preference, saved deals and searches, search usage and subscription status. Service providers may process IP addresses, device information and operational logs to deliver and protect the service. Payment providers process payment details; Craydeal does not store your full card number.
Scan to Search photos
When you capture or choose a photo in a native Craydeal app, we send it securely to Colmanac to identify the collectible. The photo is processed in memory and discarded after identification. It is not saved, added to your account or used for training. Label text is used only to suggest the item, grading company and grade. You can check and change the match before searching. Scanning does not use a monthly search; confirming a marketplace search does.
Why we use it
We use account information to provide your account, synchronise saved research, apply your search allowance and give you the subscription you purchased. This is necessary to perform our agreement with you. We use limited operational information for our legitimate interests in keeping Craydeal reliable and preventing misuse. Billing records may also be retained to meet legal accounting obligations.
Service providers and location
Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase provides the separate Craydeal account database and sign-in service; its database is hosted in US East, Virginia. Colmanac supplies collectible and marketplace data. RevenueCat coordinates subscriptions across platforms. Stripe processes web payments, while Apple and Google process purchases made through their stores. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
When you follow a marketplace link, that marketplace receives the information needed to open the listing and may use affiliate attribution and its own cookies. Its privacy notice applies on its website.
Cookies and device storage
We use sign-in cookies and device storage for your session, theme and currency choices. The native apps protect saved sign-in credentials using platform secure storage. Payment providers may use storage and cookies needed to deliver checkout and prevent fraud. Craydeal does not currently load advertising or marketing analytics trackers.
Retention and your choices
We keep account preferences and saved research while you use your account. Contact us to request an export, correction or deletion of your information. Some billing, security and accounting records may need to remain for legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Signing out removes the active session from that device.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to processing, or receive information in a portable form. You can contact us with a request or concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
