Who provides Craydeal

Craydeal is provided by Colmanac Limited trading as Craydeal, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact contact@colmanac.com for account, subscription and service support.

Browsing and free accounts

You can browse deals without an account. A free account includes 10 marketplace searches per calendar month. The allowance renews at the beginning of each month in UTC and does not roll over. Saved deals, saved searches and your allowance belong to your account and work across your devices. Keep your sign-in details private.

Craydeal Pro

Craydeal Pro costs £9.99 per month in GBP. Regional prices are shown before purchase. There is no free trial. Pro includes up to 20 marketplace searches per 24 hours. The same account gives you Pro access across web, iOS and Android, regardless of where you purchased it. Native store purchases become available when the apps are released.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel online through your account’s subscription management link. For an Apple or Google purchase, use that store’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Deleting or signing out of your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Cancellations and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply. If you wish to cancel a new subscription within 14 days, contact us at contact@colmanac.com with your account email and purchase date. We will explain the cancellation and refund that applies to your purchase and any service already supplied. For store purchases, Apple or Google also provide their own refund process.

You may use this cancellation notice: “I wish to cancel my Craydeal Pro subscription, purchased on [date]. My account email is [email]. My name and address are [details].” Send it to the email or postal address above. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

Marketplace listings

Craydeal helps you find listings sold by independent marketplaces and sellers. Availability, price, shipping, taxes and item details can change. Check the seller’s listing and complete purchase costs before buying. Purchases, delivery, authenticity checks and returns are handled by the marketplace or seller. Estimates and savings are information to help you compare listings and do not guarantee a future price, resale profit or investment return.

We may earn a commission from eligible marketplace links. Affiliate compensation does not determine ranking. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Using the service fairly

Use Craydeal lawfully. Do not share accounts to evade allowances, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or extract listings in bulk using automated tools. We may restrict misuse and will provide a way to contact support. We aim to keep the service available, but searches depend on marketplace availability and may be delayed or unavailable.

Changes and responsibility

We will notify affected subscribers before material changes to paid access or renewal prices take effect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live.
